Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Popped into the cafe and I was served by Shelley what a lovely friendly lady and her manner was the same with every customer,my food was served within a minute and I had a lovely warm hot chocolate, the gentleman clearing tables was also efficient and did not stop, you could see both members of staff took pride in their work,this cafe has a very homely feel to it and you could see it was very popular.will call again...

They didn't shut until 6pm but they had switched off the kitchen for cleaning at 4.40p.m. and could offer no hot food. Also for long periods the staff were out the back such that at 4.15pm when I arrived I gave up on ordering anything until I saw them 25 minutes later. Had to make do with coffee, tea and shortbread.
