Very friendly pub with free live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Pub has had a complete refurbishment as of October 2017. Lots of great changes, with the addition of bar food. Best live music around, the occasional kidnapping and a partridge in a pear tree. A pubs a pub, but this is one of the last good ones. I cant speak for the food because I've never had it, but the atmosphere is always tidy, the managers a nice guy and its not far from other pubs, which is good if you wanna get totally lashed.
