First time in this place. The young girl behind the counter was miserable and had no manners at all. Forgot to give us forks for our salad and when I asked politely she came across and just dumped them on the table. Asked for sugar, her reply “ in the box on the table ‘ attitude was atrocious. No pleasantness at all and it seemed everything was too much effort. Not a smile or a please or thank you. My young child spilt water on the floor, no reassurance or “ don’t worry, it’s ok” marched out to get a mop and came back scowling. No words spoken during the transaction and I wondered if she was dumb! Julie, the kitchen staff, on the other hand was so smily, pleasant and engaging. Very courteous indeed.
