Absolutely disgusting so called “manageress” and after resisting other recent reviews, it would seem that I am not the first to have an issue with said person! Extremely rude! Ordered a drink, asked for a coke, she told me only Pepsi was available, I agreed that was fine. Upon finishing the order, realised the “Pepsi” wasn’t served, so I asked for the Pepsi, because I was told it came as part of a meal deal, to then be called a LIAR by the “manageress” and she then proceeded to tell other staff members, that Pepsi wasn’t included with the pizza deal, okay, so why did she ask me if Pepsi was okay rather than a coke? I was threatened that I would be chucked out because she didn’t want to accept accountability for her mistake, she also didn’t add on curry sauce that I asked for with the fish, and the snack that was also included with the kids meal deal, so 3 things were missing, but after the performance over the coke, my partner told me not to bother going back to complain because the manager would just lie again so it would have been pointless! Ordered a large breakfast came really quick and was delighted until it arrived and I picked up the toast to find 3 blocks of butter in my egg yolk as it hey had just been thrown on the food why they didn't come with the serviettes anyway. I complained that these have been handled by numerous people and this is not acceptable by any standard but all the manager did was carry on about my attitude YES I was not happy but straight away sorry and your right would have eased the situation not continually stating I have an attitude !!! As I have previous management experience from past jobs and now currently bus driving I deal with the public everyday and complaining about someone complaining is NOT the way to solve anything first off IS the customer actually correct apologise and offer assistance comes to my mind so to me both the staff need training or discipline in food presentation and the manager in customer care ??? Racist staff. Waitress was rude and clearly treating our table differently. She gave us the silent treatment while chatting very friendly to the other tables. She put our food on the table without a single word and walked off. I was quite taken back with what was happening. Spoke to one of the manager, she was lovely and said it would be addressed. However while we were having our meal another two managers came and started to give excuses for the waitresses behaviour. We have already spoken to the manager, it was their responsibility to deal the employee and not question us. The whole situation was uncomfortable and we had to leave.
