Thurabread Bakery — Restaurant in Wales

Moved to the area a couple of months ago so was thrilled to find this local bakery making fresh bread and cakes. They always seemed busy so popped in to pick up a loaf and some cakes for afternoon tea. Sadly although the bread was ok the cakes were very poor. I did return and mentioned it to them hoping that feedback would bring about improvements. Sadly not. Luckily there are other options and we now get our bread and cakes...

Visited Thrabread this morning just before 8am and was served by a not very friendly person I asked for two loaves of bread clearly marked at 1.85 each I handed her 4 pounds and waited for 30p change She told me rather abruptly the till says they are £2 I was not in the mood to argue so I just left Needless to say I will not be returning Its a pity as the food there is very good and the rest of the staff are very polite ...

such a lovely experience using Thurabread for our wedding. i don't believe this is something they do loads of but they were more than up for it and were so accommodating. we had 90 doughnuts which they personalised for us and they happily added on other items we needed with short notice! amazing value for money to! communication was consistent through out. will absolutely be popping in when we visit...
