Uncle Sam's — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered a large order through Foodhub to collect (too far out for delivery) when we got there the order hadn't arrived from Foodhub, food was freshly prepared in 20 minutes (family of 7)all spot on, owner was amazing and super apologetic, got half way home and had a call apologising that some of our order was still there, they did offer to deliver but we are outside of their delivery area so we went back. Very apologetic and gave us some free bits (which he didn't have to as he bent over backwards to get our order sorted) we all thoroughly enjoyed our fresh burgers, fries and pizzas, my hubby and I are looking forward to a slice of cake with a cuppa later! never ever getting food from here again!!!!! this is my second time from ordering food from here first time arrived Stone cold this time well my partners pizza was covered in molde yes molde I'm livid as he had health problems. we have phoned uncle Sam's to tell them about the pizza being moldey and he basically called us a lier and said and I qout the pizza dough is made fresh every day that is impossible. my patner is a head chef and knows what moldey pizza dough looks like. he then said he would come pick the pizza up still waiting and it's been almost an hour. This place is better than BBK now. Really friendly manager and staff, always really quick to make the burgers too. The milk-shakes arent good, but apart from that the burgers are really delicious!! The burgers are fresh, nicely balanced, and VERY filling! A great option if you want dinner for a fiver get a 1/4lb with mushroom, bacon, blue cheese. I would have given it 4 stars because the milkshake was a let down, but tbh it deserves 5 stars for the burgers, service speed, fair prices and friendly staff.
