My order just arrived, I ordered a vegan waffle, which, as per your menu, should come with a sorbet or vegan chocolate ice cream. However, upon receiving my order, I was served a regular ice cream, which is not suitable for my dietary preferences. Additionally, I found the portion size of the waffle to be extremely small compared to what I have received in the past and what is typically expected. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality and presentation of your desserts. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. I kindly request that you address these issues to ensure that future orders meet the standards your establishment is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope that my next visit will be a more satisfying experience. my mother spoke on the phone with a staff member to ensure that the ice cream accompanying the vegan waffle would indeed be vegan. The staff member confirmed that they could accommodate this request. During the call, he also mentioned that there were no waffles available and offered to substitute with a crepe. Following up on my previous complaint, I wanted to bring to your attention another issue regarding our recent order. Alongside the concerns about the small and doughy waffle and the incorrect ice cream type, we also ordered a honey crunch, which arrived with nuts on it. This inclusion was not stated on the online menu, leaving us confused as to why it was served this way.

As a customer who values transparency in ingredient listings, this discrepancy was disappointing and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the order.

All my reviews are based on my own personal experience and are acurate and truthful Fancied a dessert so my son said these ! Big mistake ! I oreder vanilla milkshake .waffle with nutella and banana . Came at time given.no problems there First milkshake i left it ! Awful .no wat should milkshake be like that ive had milkshake from hundred of places including food places that dont specialise and they were all the same lovely But this was like water! ? No thickness at all infact i commented to my son it reminded me of when you get a macdonalds milkshake and leave it for half hour in car by accident and then its turned into a watery mess.! Nothing like a milkshake should be ..taste or quality. I suggest they try a few from diffrnt places to see how tbey should be .worst ive ever had and had to leave it! Waffle ..large maybe too large looks like they presenting bigger but quality again awful..over done on bannana which was bot fresg but so much bannana that it was soggying the waffle.jst overbearing..nutella was nice of course ..waffle bit thick again i left over half it lacked any real taste except unfresh banana. Ice cream pot. Jst standard little bit ice cream..usually they taste amazing from other places i tried but no. Overall i found it all awful and im 54 sweet tooth ive never left a vanilla milkshake in my life im addicted to them .should call it waterd milk.! And never left a deesert in my life and i love bannana .would never buy again i would pay more for quality however ither places charge same and deliver thick tasty milkshakes and tasty waffles.i know its not just me as my son said same about his milkshake although his cookie dough a little better he said his review will follow.ive given one star as my son did kindly ask for some white sauce for me and they did but i couldnt taste it lol or eat waffle lol..im trying to add photos of the watery...

We’ve been here a few times since it opened. The manager is lovely and very welcoming - his staff however appear to be very slow and untrained. Today, one member of staff had his AirPods in whilst serving customers, another female member of staff was stood around watching the guy rather than making desserts, we were waiting for around 30 minutes for our food (we only ordered a crepe and cookie dough) we watched as the staff members burnt the first crepe and left my cookie dough on the side to harden and go cold. I overheard the female staff member say to another customer that the food would be another 10 minutes so I quickly asked how long ours would be and I just got a sharp “I’m doing it now” from the male staff member. We never normally encounter these issues with Vanilla Lounge, tonight however was a disaster. In summary, the manager is amazing, the food tends to be great but it’s incredibly slow service and the staff members don’t really seem like they want...
