Yr Oriel Restaurant, Leekes Cross Hands — Restaurant in Wales

Visited the restaurant for lunch last week with two of my sons. The service was very slow and the food was poor quality. Some options weren't available but no reason given for that. It took well over half an hour for our food to arrive which clearly had not been prepared from scratch. Weirdly, the pie came with chips, peas and gravy.... and salad. Haven’t been to Leekes at the cafe for sometime ,normally in a rush. Will definitely be calling there again what a lovely lady named Jane ( and I only know this as I asked her for it) as I don’t normally leave reviews either ,but had to for this lovely ,friendly lady she was so helpful in helping me with what to order she really knew her stuff on the products she was selling which is very refreshing to see . I visited with family today and had the worse experience ever. We chose what we wanted and went up to order to be told “oh we don’t do that shouldn’t even be on the menu” so we chose something else and they didn’t have that either.
