Some members of staff were quite stand - offish and really quite rude. We weren't quite sure what to do after we entered the store as the lady kept walking away from us and not making eye contact with us, when there were 3 members of staff and literally, only the two of us waiting to order.
We had to initiate conversation with the server when we went to order because of this, and then was responded with 'I can't hear you'.
This server then walked away, unsure why and another lady came to serve us instead.
Other Subway establishments have never, ever, done this before, but apparently the spec of toasted wraps here is to add the salad and sauce.... and in order to have your chosen filling warmed, you have to have the entire wrap with your added salad and sauce warmed in the merry all at once.... Not sure what else to say on this matter... just a bit confused.
Completely understand this is a new business, not long opened and there are going to be teething problems, undoubtedly expected. But there are the basics. Engaging with your customers when they enter your store, welcoming them in and also food preparation - making sure items are made to specification - should be the bare minimum.
Hoping as time goes on that this will improve as I absolutely love subway, but for my first time inside and from the experiences of friends and family that have ordered food here in the last few weeks, the feedback...

I wouldn't complain if it just happened to be a busy time, but one member of staff was working the counter (at an extremely slow pace), whilst another was drinking coffee over her shoulder and talking about their weekend plans. The staff seemed very cold and stand-offish. The woman who was serving kept spilling ingredients in different tubs and not picking them up (allergy issue!!). Read moreWent in to order a wrap and a sub. All that was asked was what bread I wanted and then a load of random salad was chucked in, not once was I asked what I wanted salad wise. When normally we are asked. Went back in to say that I didn’t want any of the salad and was told “you didn’t ask”. Sorry the customer service is awful, the woman working today was absolutely dreadful and had no customer service as all. Chucked the sub in the bin as it was completely wrong and the was served by a man who listened and was completely understanding.
