Review of Penny at Gregg's Cross Hands

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Gregg's Cross Hands involving an employee named Penny. When I kindly asked for different pasties after witnessing her cough over the display without covering her mouth, she responded in an unprofessional manner and displayed an appalling attitude.

As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality and service at Gregg's, but Penny's behavior was far below the standard I have come to expect. Her disregard for basic hygiene, especially in a food service environment, is unacceptable. Moreover, her response to my polite request was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and rude.

Such behavior not only undermines the reputation of Gregg's but also makes customers feel unwelcome and concerned about their health and safety. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure all employees maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to proper...

Arrival time 10.30 , eventually got to be served at 10 .50 on a Saturday morning. No food in the cabinet ie sandwiches or rolls. When asked for a breakfast baguette, was told that they didn't have ant baguettes, only rolls. I have been here on numerous occasions, and found the staff on a Saturday, spend more time talking among them selves, especially the to boys that work? there and I put the question mark as I think it is more social than work. Called here SUNDAY 2oth February for a bacon roll before starting courier deliveries but arrived at 8.30 not knowing Greggs not open till 9am. Stayed in van for half hour and enjoyed bacon roll for 10 minutes and drove out... Most expensive bacon roll I have ever had, week later had parking fine of £100 from Parkingeye for staying 43 minutes.....
