Boba Latto — Restaurant in Walsall

Me and my daughter went in here for the first time today. No sooner had we stepped in the shop to look through the menu the woman kept telling us to hurry up and choose. We hadn't even had chance to look through it. Then when we paid the change was slammed on the side. Absolutely disgusting attitude to have. I confronted her about her attitude n she just didn't take it on or apologise. We will not be entering into this shop again. They seriously need to learn some more customer service with a smile...horrid shop!!!

Lots of lovely and good comments about this place on here, ice cream/ waffle side of things is great but the attitude from one of the woman was shocking, they request cash only so had to go to the cash machine. When the woman was handing the change back it was as if she didn’t want to have no contact with my hands lol so I bought something else just to see if I was not overthinking and to my surprise she did the same thing. Why not just take card payments like everyone else then very strange. She same woman then opened the door in this bloody cold weather what for I don’t know. Really undecided on this place tbh. Was really excited to try it as I love bubble tea but left feeling a bit disappointed. Shop decor is lovely and drink was nice (if a bit weak) but it was overshadowed by the drink having too much ice and random big bits of fruit (eg whole orange slice) making getting the liquid out difficult, them not taking cards or having any non-dairy milks and also charging extra for any bobas, which usually come as part of a standard bubble tea anywhere else. At £5.55 for a (one-sized) bubble tea I found it to be very expensive and I’m not sure...
