Lots of lovely and good comments about this place on here, ice cream/ waffle side of things is great but the attitude from one of the woman was shocking, they request cash only so had to go to the cash machine. When the woman was handing the change back it was as if she didnā€™t want to have no contact with my hands lol so I bought something else just to see if I was not overthinking and to my surprise she did the same thing. Why not just take card payments like everyone else then very strange. She same woman then opened the door in this bloody cold weather what for I donā€™t know. Could be a race issue I donā€™t know but will definitely never spend my hard earned cash here.

Lovely new spot in walsall! Interior is great, really exciting and adventurous inside, just made me happy when we walked in! Loads of options, with flavours I hadnā€™t heard of before, you really can get creative. They gave us a decent amount of fresh fruit in there too, which was great given the large sizes of drink. There is no doubt that we shall be returning, probably very often also! Really nice staff, overall wonderful experience. There was a reason there were so many people in there! (It is cash only as of now, just be aware)

Had an absolutely lovely vegan-friendly & dairy-free brown sugar milky boba. Prices were about 7Ā£ but their cups are much larger than the average so it doesn't feel like a rip-off. The tapioca pearls were perfectly soft and chewy. The beverage was sweet but not overbearingingly so like most boba shops. They are cash-only but have refreshingly offered bank transfer as an option which worked well for us. The entire shop was very cute and bright.

Me and my daughter went in here for the first time today. No sooner had we stepped in the shop to look through the menu the woman kept telling us to hurry up and choose. We hadn't even had chance to look through it. Then when we paid the change was slammed on the side. Absolutely disgusting attitude to have. I confronted her about her attitude n she just didn't take it on or apologise. We will not be entering into this shop again. They seriously need to learn some more customer service with a smile...horrid shop!!!

Really undecided on this place tbh. Was really excited to try it as I love bubble tea but left feeling a bit disappointed. Shop decor is lovely and drink was nice (if a bit weak) but it was overshadowed by the drink having too much ice and random big bits of fruit (eg whole orange slice) making getting the liquid out difficult, them not taking cards or having any non-dairy milks and also charging extra for any bobas, which usually come as part of a standard bubble tea anywhere else. At Ā£5.55 for a (one-sized) bubble tea I found it to be very expensive and Iā€™m not sure...
