This pub has to be one of the best proper pubs for real ales in Saturday 20th April 2024 This is one of the best real ale pubs in the United Kingdom. Having recently visited this pub on a very rare occasions I can't review the food.Bar service was outstanding during our last visit we were greeted by two gentlemen on a Friday the 22nd of March. They where absolutely astounding in and of them selfs I dont drink ales personally, but the shorter of the two advised me on a lovely pale ale which i will continue to seek out at other establishments within the west midlands,we will of cause be coming back again time and time again.Customer service alone, Its such a delight to walk into a establishment with such character and great ales. I would highly recommend if not for anything else but for the two lively gents i met on my visit.
