We visited Brrgrr with our family yesterday, and it was amazing! The place was quiet, and the staff—Isa, Serish, and Shahzad—were incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered the "Ohmybeef!" and "Best of Both Burger" for me and the wife, and the 2 children had the kids' meals. The burgers were absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch.

I loved the burger so much that I couldn't resist getting another one—the "Grill Brrgrr" with two chicken fillets. The chicken was tender and full of flavor, and perfectly complimented with their signature sauce. We also had the loaded fries, which were a great addition to our meal.

To finish off, we listened to the staff's recommendation and tried their milkshakes. The kids gave them a 9/10 and a perfect 10/10 rating, which is rare for them. They were absolutely fantastic!

Had dinner here on a Friday night after long an escape room at the nearby retail park. Thought it was closed, as we could only see the waiter in there. Turns out we were the only customers. Constant turnover of Just Eat and Deliveroo orders though. We ordered the Tex Mex grilled chicken burger, the Hotshot buttermilk chicken burger, piri fries and dips. We doubled up on the patties :p. Burgers were absolutely delightful!!! Would defo order again! Service was timely and friendly - young guy to start (seemed new), then a female (possibly the manager).

Downsides: 1) they play trap music, which we're not fans of and creates an odd atmosphere in an empty restaurant. 2) Their oven wasn't working properly for our cookie dough dessert :( so we had the brownies instead. (We chose Oreo and Lotus, which were big portions but came topped with the biscuits, rather than the brownies themselves being biscuit filled/flavoured and the Oreo one was a bit dry).

Absolutely APPALLING experience. DO NOT order from them My daughter ordered 2 burgers on a buy one get one free deal, only 1 turned up, and that was cold. Tried calling the restaurant, they couldn't have been more disinterested if they tried, they pretended they couldn't hear her, suddenly couldn't speak English, and walked away from the phone leaving her listening to restaurant sounds, and eventually told her the manager wasn't in and she should 'call back tomorrow' And when we did call back the next day we were told the manager wasn't in, but to call back the next day (but at least this person offered to resend the order) I'd give 0 stars if possible
