Been to this Burger King on several occasions now. Food is ok, typical Burger King meal and not bad but everything else leaves a lot to be desired! I'm assuming she's the manager, the lady with glasses and shoulder length dark blonde hair, she's so rude and unprofessional. She seems to have no problem airing her views about certain customers to other customers including moaning about people wanting to order at the main till. When we went in tonight all self service tills were out of order so we had no choice but to use the main till which she clearly wasn't happy about. The hot drinks machine was broken so we all had to have soft drinks, wouldn't normally have a problem with this but the soft drinks machine then wasn't working either! Coke was coming out looking like milky coffee. The lady in front of me was given bottles instead meant for delivery orders without a problem but I literally had to beg for drinks! Then she proceeded to put the cups that I had just manhandled back on the rack to be used by another customer 🤮 We went to find a table with our food, all of the tables were filthy and rubbish everywhere. Another customer came in who she refused to process the app code for on the main till so they could gain their points. At least 20-25 customers came whilst we were there and all were given cups for the broken drinks machine and all had the cups taken back off them and put back in the rack for the next customer!! Then when a member of staff finally came to clean the restaurant up the tables were all wiped over with nothing more than a dry cloth, no cleaner/sanitiser was used whatsoever!! Read moregot to the drive thru just after 9pm on a sunday and thought they were closed because there was no answer. A worker came out the back with rubbish bags and i asked him if they were shut and it simply said nothing but shrugged his shoulders looking at me as if im some sort of idiot. A woman did reply on the speaker eventually. There was a sign on the speaker saying all soft drinks, hot drinks and shakes were unavailable. After i asked for a Whopper meal i was simply asked what drink i wanted. What the hell is available if nothings working? i ended up with a choice of diet drinks, iced tea or a stupidly sized bottle of orange juice. i pull up to the window where no one is present until 10 minutes later where i pay and im asked if i want ketchup or mayo and it took the girl forever to put it in the bag. there was no greeting except for a filthy look and a depressing facial expression. Surprisingly the food was hot although i had to eat ASAP otherwise it would be cold. As a result i ended up spending more money at McDonalds for a drink which was much more worth it than at burger king. would rate 0 stars if i could, never going there again, will keep money to myself. staff need to speed things up and show a bit of respect to their customers. not...

I visited to purchase a vegan chicken burger meal and was informed that soft drinks were unavailable due to a broken machine. An alternative drink was offered, but I was not informed of the additional cost involved.
When I brought this to the attention of cashier, Manpreet, she responded quite rudely. I explained that it was not my fault the machine was broken and that I should not have to pay extra. Her response was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy.
I then requested to speak with the manager. The assistant manager, Sukhi Kaur, responded to my request. Unfortunately, her attitude was equally rude and abrupt. When I asked Manpreet for Sukhi's name, Manpreet refused to provide it. Eventually, Sukhi Kaur showed me her badge and said, "Here's my name, do whatever you like love," which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
