Chunky Bitez — Restaurant in Walsall

Well, guess who is never ordering from Chunky Grill in Bloxwich again? I placed an order including two tubs of cake batter ice cream as advertised on their app. When the order arrived, both tubs of ice cream were cookie dough flavoured. Paul called them and was hung up on after being told "We don't do cake batter flavour." He called them back and passed the phone to me, where I was told that Chunky Grill were 'too busy' to call and tell us that the flavour wasn't even stocked there (ever) and that they 'didn't realise' we ordered it (he wasn't too sure how to respond when I how on earth he put our order together without checking what we ordered in the first place). He said that it's not their fault that the ice cream flavour is advertised on the website and when I asked for a refund he told me that they were going to COME AND PICK UP THE TUBS OF ICE CREAM. I told him to shove his refund and that I will never order from them again. He replied with "That's your choice" and hung up again....

Whilst in the area thought it would be best to give some of bloxwich's takeaways a try...Boy do I regret stepping in.

Went for a quiet standard southern fried chicken and large kebab on the side. Prior to ordering the chicken, I had requested whether the chicken was fresh, to which one of the staff had assuringly advised yes. Once the food arrived, the large mixed kebab was dry and tasteless and looked like only a handful of meat was chucked in a raw doughy nan and served. Hardy worth the paper the price was written on let alone £5.

The fried chicken had been microwaved from what I can presume, had been sitting there since the morning untouched and as dry as the sahara desert. It tasted like chunks of sand on bone.

Clearly this business survives of first time online customers and never has any return customers, other than the stains you'll have in your toilet bowl the next morning. If you value your money, dont bother. I would not advise this place to the homeless If they were...

Waited 2 hours for my order, it came the chips were dry and they got my pizza wrong. I rang and explained it was wrong i asked for peppers mushroom and onion, they had sent meat feast for the others i said i couldn't eat it as I'm a vegetarian and they wanted me to wait until i next order for a "free" pizza i said no I'm hungry I've paid for something and i want to eat, they said they would send another pizza. I then waited another hour for them to send me a CHICKEN and jalapeño pizza, i sent it back and rang yet again. They said i would need to wait 2-3 hours because they are busy i said this wasn't acceptable they then offered me £5 refund after my order was £37 and they passed me on to someone else. This someone else promised the manager would call me back after 15-20 mins, this phone call still hasn't happened. I will never ever order from chunky...
