Greggs — Restaurant in Walsall

The food is delicious and the drinks are lovely, but I rated 4 stars because I found it bad how the delivery men were stood in the way of the queues when they could have stood to the side to give more room for the customers to stand, and we also saw them put their delivery bags on the tables 3 times which we also found unhygienic, as they put those bags on floors and then place them on tables in Greggs where people have to eat. It is also rude as someone may have wanted to sit at the table, but we also noticed that one of them had to move their bag off the table so someone could sit there, and none of the staff bothered to wipe the table before the customers ate their food on there. I wouldn't have wanted to eat my food from a table after seeing them fetch their bag off, which had been on the floor also. But overall, it's a nice little place to sit and enjoy your...

This is the second time I've reviewed about the same thing,me and my daughter went to go into Greg's for lunch as we got to the door all tables were occupied the one was occupied by a delivery man who was taking up 2 seats and his dirty bag on the table AGAIN we walked past ,yit's disgusting that bag has been on numerous floors cars etc some people probably not taken any notice but i would not eat off that table god knows what dirt is on that bag , sorry please if you do eat in Greg's take antibacterial wipes especially if you have...

popped in to have treat !!!! got 2 steak bakes and 2 sausage rolls, the steak bakes were really hard and not at all like normal either under cooked or old, the sausage rolls the same. Greggs is always normally good, maybe its just this store . the food was not fresh and flaky like it was supposed to be, i wasted 6.80 on crap food. i will not be returning to this store!!!
