The young server this morning was absolutely atrocious in her attitude. Infrequent here regularly on my way to work.
A simple good morning was returned with an attitude nonchalant and poor in her customer service . Snappy and obviously needs more training with her customer service skills . Politeness costs nothing and if a customer greets yiu with a good morning then surely it is not too much to expect one in return .
If the attitude is that bad then a customer facing position may not be the right place for her .
After being told I'll bring it over with distain and content in her voice I feel that I shall not return and advise anyone to pop around the corner to Greg's where the reception is always jolly and light and fun .

In two years of visiting this place I never heard one record I recognised. I was told the music was to relax me, when I came out each time my nerves was shattered. Their machine for cooking broke down just before I stopped going in and they had to send it away for repair. You would have thought a company that relies on income from food would have had a spare to call on. To my knowledge it was out of commission for at least 3 weeks.
