The young server this morning was absolutely atrocious in her attitude. Infrequent here regularly on my way to work.

A simple good morning was returned with an attitude nonchalant and poor in her customer service . Snappy and obviously needs more training with her customer service skills . Politeness costs nothing and if a customer greets yiu with a good morning then surely it is not too much to expect one in return .

If the attitude is that bad then a customer facing position may not be the right place for her .

After being told I'll bring it over with distain and content in her voice I feel that I shall not return and advise anyone to pop around the corner to Greg's where the reception is always jolly and light and fun .

My very main concern was not 1 person washed their hands.i watched a young people wearing gloves going out of store the coming back into the cafe straight behind the counter can start washing crockery in a sink with the gloves still on and take the crockery into the back to be washed or sanitised in the back office and bring them sand crocs chocolate back in store still wearing the sunglasses not one time in nearly 2 hours we were sitting there as one person and washed their hands not once. The young Person and cleaned tiles sprite tables with a cloth still wearing the same gloves still mess with crockery after mess with chemicals not seen any time has anyone washed their hands. Unless you are deaf don’t go in this outlet or any other coffee republic for that matter. The music they play is awful from South American blow pipes to screaming wailing women. In two years of visiting this place I never heard one record I recognised. I was told the music was to relax me, when I came out each time my nerves was shattered. Their machine for cooking broke down just before I stopped going in and they had to send it away for repair. You would have thought a company that relies on income from food would have had a spare to call on. To my knowledge it was out of commission for at least 3 weeks.
