Didn’t get my order right on 3 separate occasions. First time they forgot my coleslaw side when ordering a delivery. I understand these things happen so I didn’t bother calling back. However this happened a second time and when I called to inform them they told me a delivery driver would be out to drop it off (I live less a mile away). The delivery driver turned up 2 hours later with the coleslaw!!! On the third occasion I ordered a collection (to avoid another delivery mistake). This time I made sure all of the sides were there however when checking the pizzas at home both were vegetarian when we ordered one chicken. I rang the store to complain and they informed me to come collect the pizza once it’s made from the store. This was not possible as we were breaking our fast so we couldn’t wait longer nor were we offered a delivery to drop us off the pizza asap. It’s a shame because I do like the pizzas from here but unfortunately I won’t be ordering again as they just can’t get simple...

Horrible service , driver was aggressive, parked 10 houses down asked me to walk down and collect my order.

When I refused he drove up aggressively and said Tom Tom brought me there. Driver was as aggressive and intimidating, when I told him I payed for delivery he just wanted to argue, trust me the food here has gone down hill, you better off sticking to the more professional pizza places!!!

This pizza place is hiring people like that is ridiculous profits over customer satisfaction, no customer service here and food is average had better pizza at Greggs, save your money and spend that little bit extra and order from a quality pizza place!!!

Just Eat shame on you for affiliating with these jokers they are amateurs boycott this place rude staff and below average food !!!!

Pizza 2000 Takeaway holds a special place & memories from my childhood… With the same owners for almost three decades, this spot has been my go-to for fresh & delicious pizzas and crispy hot French fries since my school days. Food is prepared to order using fresh ingredients. Whether it's a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Pizza 2000 never disappoints.
