If you have any food allergy or any dietary preference, I would stay clear of that restaurant. I ordered vegetarian Tom Yum soup and throughout the conversation it was mentioned three times that the soup would be vegetarian. To my disgust multiple pieces of meat, most likely pork were served in the soup that I have already started eating. This is cross contamination and breach of food hygiene regulations. Mistakes happen everywhere so I contacted the restaurant with photos and the receipt. Their response was not only dismissive but also rejecting any responsibility stating that the pictures of meat pieces are lemon grass. It’s laughable and makes one wonder whether they prepare the soup using meat stock and then claim for it to be vegetarian when a customer asks. Otherwise how would pieces of meat end up in a vegetarian dish. I dread to think how they would react if they actually poisoned somebody through cross contamination of allergens. We will not be...

Thriving. Refreshed. Nourished. Full of soup. Everything makes sense to me. I feel alive, I am in tune with all beings. I hugged a tree and it whispered wonderful things about my future, now I realise it foretold the Kenilworth chicken I was going to scran that night. This was truly the best Thai food I have ever had and may ever have. Every single thing me and my comrades had was absolutely amazing. The Tom kha soup was so good, it made my partner like mushrooms, and the duck was cooked perfectly according to my friend who also accompanied me. Let not forget about the cocktails, no really, let’s try not to forget. (Haha) They were also delicious!

Huge thanks to the folks over at NurNur Paradise, it really was paradise, I hope to go there...

Most of our food was good quality. I agree with other comments that the quantity of rice provided for ~£4 was minimal. My daughter’s chicken satay was raw. Her meal was replaced after 10mins when we raised the issue. I thought they would give us her meal for free and remove the service charge given the issue but it was not. Overall nice surrounding and most of the food is good but they need to work on their service when things happen.

Updated 16th Jan. Further to the previous visit I had an email exchange with Lee. I visited the restaurant again today with my family for my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend without...

Overly salty food and average quality ingredients, extremely pricey Egg Fried Rice @ £3.75 for a little over an inch of rice in a small bowl (look at the picture!). I estimate less than 20g of rice. Tom yum 'salt' soup overpowering, Yellow curry was nice, but small. Seafood Pad Cha was salty again and the seafood wasn't great when you eat broken off Mussel shell in your squid. Service was polite but can see there is a pretentious in waiting staff, couldn't help notice every table get Prawn crackers less than a minute after being seated yet we got nothing and they still have the gall to charge 10% service charge....... Would not be returning anytime soon.

Went to Nur Nur on New Year's Eve and although we were the first there the atmosphere was very warm with nice background music and comfortable furniture. There were 4 of us (wife, son and granddaughter) who had different Starters, Mains and Desserts, which were all absolutely delicious. Mains: Weeping Tiger, Panang Beef Curry, Lamb Shank and Barbary Duck we have never tasted Thai food like it. The staff could not do enough for you. This restaurant is highly recommended and we will be be back.
