KFC — Restaurant in Watford

Halal?! Horror is the right word. A hazard that needs to be shut down. The frozen food was on the floor, kicked and smashed on the tiles to dislodge the packets. The staff laughs and jokes in their own language, then they turn and with a fed-up attitude, rudely tend to the customer. Me and my wife ate our food in about 15 minutes, and seen about 15 customers being serverd, including deliveries. Almost half of them either returned that something was missing, or something was wrong, or that the sandwich was opened and spread on the bottom of the bag, because of how poor it was made. I visited the toiled before I left: empty recipients, lack of toilet paper, general filth and overall chaos, like it was half being refitted. KFC has lovely places, I hope they close this place to save face. I will never return and let everyone I know that this is a disaster place. Unfortunately been to this branch on multiple occasions and has let me down everytime due to my order being wrong. Today I have decided to leave a review because as now I do not plan to go back to this branch. I ordered a fillet tower burger box meal and a small snack wrap but specifically ask for just chicken lettuce and regular mayo as I am pregnant and know that’s what my body can tolerate unfortunately when I got home I was to find the fillet tower was not a fillet tower and was just chicken lettuce and mayo and the wrap was made with pepper mayo unfortunately I do believe it’s due to staff error as I do not believe he could understand or speak English properly and would like to recommend that if staff are to take orders they need to be able to understand or have someone available to assist if they cannot make the correct changes. Rude staff who don't care.

Sorry, nothing good to say about this outlet. The staff appear not to care one bit about customer service.

I knew they had not put everything in my order. When we checked, together, I was right. So they had to add the missing items. I added some fries to my order at this point and they managed to mess that up as well, as I discovered when I got home.

I was one chap collecting food for my family. I am presented with an order which was impossible to carry. I had to improvise and get a bag for the desserts which collapsed when I reached home some 5 minutes later. My drinks and the kids desserts are all over my driveway.

Care about your customers - it is part of your job in my view. I have ordered from this KFC using one of the delivery apps and it was wrong then as well.
