It was my first time visiting this particular Nando’s, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Jaya, who set the tone for the afternoon with her warm and welcoming attitude. She was not only friendly but also highly professional, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed.
Jaya took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations based on our preferences. Her knowledge of the dishes and enthusiasm for helping us choose made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Throughout the meal, she checked in on us at just the right moments to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. She remembered our names, made sure any dietary needs were met, and created a welcoming environment that made our first visit memorable.

Me, my daughter and my friend went about 4pm ish.... plenty of staff milling about at first, placed out order, my friend ordered first, then i ordered for my daughter and I. We sat at our table and waited for our food. My friends food was served about 25mins later, my daughter and i were still waiting, we then noticed that the staff seemed to have disappeared, turns out all the servers were on break at the same time, leaving just ONE server to deal with a restaurant full of people. Oh, and this one server was also sorting out the food behind the counter too. 20mins after my friends food came mine and my daughters food came. My order was wrong, took another 15mins for correct food to come and was so undercooked all I ate was the fries!.... I had eaten at that branch before some time ago, I wasn't overly impressed with them then either, but everyone deserves a 2nd chance!... NOPE, not in this case! 2nd experience was much worse than the 1st!... NEVER again will i step foot in...

Just been this evening to collect my take away. It was not ready at the specified time as usual.
Waited five minutes and got the food. I asked for perrinaise sauce as I forgot to add it as an extra when I ordered online. As a lot of people would, I went to collect food without my wallet as I had already paid online. I was asked to pay £1.00 extra for the sauce. Now I know I may not be there biggest customer but after spending circa £35.00 I didn't expect to be asked extra for something that probably costs less than five pence. I politely declined as I knew I didn't have any cash on me. The lady that brought my food out couldn't care less that I didn't have one pound to give her she quickly proceeded to serve her next victim.
