Firstly I'd like to say that I enjoyed some of the food, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this place. The middle aged rotund lady who I presume is the manager has been rude to me on more than one occasion. Short, sharp and unfriendly. I think things are a little overpriced as well, £6.20 for 4 fairly average flapjacks. My mother and I have just visited your Uckfield shop. Firstly we are so relieved to discover that you do actually sell proper doughnuts not the horrible ones that you can buy in supermarkets but real old-fashioned doughnuts with a beautiful texture and they’re absolutely delicious. They have really lovely cakes and savouries but the one reason I go most often is for their knot rolls. They are absolutely the best rolls I have ever had barring Scottish morning rolls, which I can no longer find in the South East. The knot rolls are fabulous, they freeze really well and when you take one out to defrost for lunch, it tastes just the same as it did on the day you bought it. Cannot...
