I have never seen such an unclean food establishment in all my time, I am very disgruntled. The floor is filthy, you can see marks where a dirty mop has been used to clean. The tables are appalling, stains, food and boxes left out. We complained to the staff about the tables being dirty and they declined to clean them so we had to clean them ourselves as luckily we carry disinfectant wipes. The counter to order and collect food was disgusting it had stains and marks on it, even in the corners of the counter where the drink machine is, you can see the filth. The bins were overflowing which is a health and safety risk and fire hazard.
Don't even get me started on the restrooms, if I'm honest the whole facility needs redoing, it is appalling. Even the baby changing facility is disgusting.
The managers of this branch should take a few tips from McDonald's, I've never had an issue with hygine with them.
I will not be returning.

For over two months now this KFC has had a limited menu: no hash browns, no wraps so no burritos and no iced tea. When we took a chance and went back today, they had no coffee either. We went to this KFC every week because of the good service and cleanliness but it certainly has gone down hill and with the limited menu that just tops it off. We have decided that we will not be going to this KFC anymore and will be going to the Harlow one instead, which is exeptional with cleanliness and service.

This KFC has improved its service drastically, cleanliness still needs improvement though. However I do feel that there is an emphasis on the drive thru and takeaway service rather than traditional dine in or take away from the resteraunt. Other than that, staff are kind,...

Although the quality of the food was OK, the food preparation took over 40 minutes because they had prioritised all the delivery orders, which was frustrating given that I had ordered for 6 people. Additionally, we unintentionally exceeded the 90-minute parking limit due to the long wait time and caring for young children.
While I understand the need for parking regulations, I was disappointed that nothing had been taken care of the dine-in customers who had been set to very low priority. And there was no warning or communication about the penalty for exceeding the limit. I believe that better communication and signage could have prevented this situation.
