Aroma Cafè Tavistock — Restaurant in West Devon

A recently opened café in Tavistock town centre. The oat flat whites were excellent, lovely strong coffee and made like a barista. We also had the cheese, tomato and onion toasted sandwiches on wholemeal bread. Nice presentation with coleslaw and crisps on the side. I would have scored 5/5 but I just felt there was something missing with the toasted sandwich. Unfortunately, tomatoes are not in season right now and the bread tasted too sweet for my palate. However, some of the other food items look and sound very nice and I may try something else...

Thought we'd try this little quint Cafe for breakfast today! My partner had scrambled egg on GF toast, which she said "was very nice, but only got 1 round of toast & would have been happier with 2".

I indulged in the English breakfast, which was very nice, & served with a Latte & a well known branded Orange Juice.

Although the Cafe had a nice atmosphere, good service & cleanliness, we both felt it was a little over priced for a 2 person breakfast!

I’m down in Tavistock for a holiday and was recommended to come here. We came for a coffee and ended up coming back the next day for lunch. The coffee is wonderful, really really nice. I had the avocado on toast with poached egg and a side of bacon for lunch which was so delicious I devoured it in about 5 minutes. The staff are super friendly and the owner is so accommodating and makes the experience a fantastic one. I’ll definitely come back next time...
