Domino's Pizza - Bury St Edmunds — Restaurant in West Suffolk

We ordered two pizzas from dominos tonight, both came and were the wrong pizzas and missing the sauces ... mistakes happen right.... not a problem. Called and spoke with a lady called Alex, I had to explain that we had been given the wrong pizzas. She said we had not, I explained we didn't order a meatball and tandoori chicken but a meator and a sausage and red onion, I asked her to please have a look at the ticket. She then said she would re send our pizzas, i then stated we also need the dips and i wss told i would need to buy these again. I had to argue with her that id alteady paid for these and could i speak with a manager. She informed me she was the manager and she would resend the whole order it would be 20 mins as they were busy. I then called 40 minutes later and asked polity if there was any update on our pizzas. She started to shout at me that she was only sending the missing sauces and she wasn't stupid at what I was trying to do. I informed her she can have the wrong pizzas back but that these were not our oder. She continued to shout and argue with me and then told me that she was not sending anything and hung up the phone. I tried to call back for another 10 mins. She finally answered and when I said who I was she was calm and said yes I realise this now as another customer called up and had recieved the wrong food and would send it now and would be 10 mins. The order arrived after 15, no problem I expected it to be later as its a weekend. The wrong order was sent again exactly the same as last but with the sauces. So I called Alex back to let her know we have the wrong one again hoping the driver could return and swap them so us and this other family would have the right ones. No....that would have been the nicest option instead she hurled abuse at me and told me a driver will come to my house now collect all the order and I would have to wait for them to cook the correct food again. I stated I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for our food as now its nearly two hours from ordering and she could have the pizza back but I woukd like a refund as she has been so rude during all communications, she refused to send the driver and give us a refund. I stated that this was an awful experience and I will be making a formal complaint. She said I can call tomorrow and do that as she had offered to re cook it again after being abusive that I won't get a refund. We have regularly had dominoes but no more !! The service and attitude I received yesterday was appalling !! With a new addition to the family I phoned up to ask for a gluten free base and dairy free cheese, to be told I can't order over the phone but had to go online, order, and call back to make the amendments!!! Which I did but then to be told I can't have the gluten free on a medium base ! Couldn't this information have been told to me when I originally phoned ?? I was then given attitude about getting my order right and should go back online and re order. I paid for delivery but was getting no where fast so went to the shop. The lady at the counter was serving so I waited, only me and the other guy there, so when someone else came in she went straight to them !! I pointed this out but let the new fella order. when i did get to the counter I asked why I wasn't told about the gluten base being only available in small so I said OK, why not just do me 2 smalls instead of the medium for the inconvenience and the fact I'd paid for delivery but was now in the shop, she said no I'd have to re order online, I asked if she would just amend the order as im talking to her again she said no she can't take an order verbally and yet the guy that came in next walked up to the counter and ordered !! So again asked to be told no I'd have to do it online !! So I then told her pizzas off the menu and I wanted a refund so she ok is this your order ? I agreed and she walked away, when she came back she started taking yet again another verbal order so I asked about my refund and she said it'll take 3-5 days !!!!! I will never eat dominoes again from the bury branch and would be very reluctant to do so elsewhere Shame...

Disgusting pizzas and horrible customer service in bury st edmunds domino’s. I will never order from domino’s again and make everyone aware how horrible the pizzas and service was. Ordered 2 pizzas for myself and the kids because they had been good all day as a treat. They arrived with big holes in them and freezing cold. I called to have them sent back in which they took over 45 mins to deliver the new pizzas baring in mind I live less than 8 mins drive away. I was waiting with small children when they did arrive the woman delivering them was laughing at me and had a horrible angry attitude delivering the new pizzas that still had big holes in them. The manager was very rude and didn’t care about the service or the condition of the pizzas. AVOID ! Save your money and...
