The food is generally good. The restaurant has a pleasant vibe. The staff are nice. Our most recent visit we ordered burgers which were pretty good, bang bang chicken noodles which is my favourite dish here and sausage/chips/beans for our children. I had a side of spinach which seemed like it had been cooked in the sun or something, it was just completely dry and flaky šŸ˜… not sure what they had done with it. I do have an issue with our latest visit, as my son who's 7yrs old was served his meal 15 minutes before the rest of us. We were only told this would be the case when they had brought his plate out. I queried the reason and the server said it had always been that way to serve children quickly so that they aren't waiting but it's never happened on any of our previous visits. I've heard of this practice but my son is 7yrs old, not a baby and at the same time they didn't do that for my daughter who is 9yrs old. It just seems very silly as he was completely finished in 15 minutes and then was left waiting anyway for all of us to finish so we kind of ended up rushing our meal and it defeated the entire point of having a family meal out together. We weren't having the food due to necessity, it was for a nice time. If it was urgency we would have simply grabbed a sandwich somewhere. So I wish the restaurant would address this and query individual customers at the time of taking an order, if they require this practice to occur.

This place was incredible, the service was exceptional, very kind friendly helpful staff who made me and my Parsons Terrier feel so very welcome. Extremely dog friendly, Bobby Greenmile was given a sausage by the lovely chef and the next night we returned, Bobby Greenmile was brought out a sausage on a plate with a little flag. Bobby Greenmile was relaxed happy which made my evening meals so much more relaxed. All the food I ordered was delicious, never realised I could eat so much. Very reasonably priced, quick service and the cocktails are to die for. Really enjoyed my two visits there and would 100% recommend and return. Bobby Greenmile has a Facebook page where he can be seen on a live video enjoying himself and interacting with the waitresses .

Thank you so much to the staff at the Edmundo Lounge today. You were all exceptional ! Just a week ago I called to book a table for 19 people, being the immediate family of my mum, for a brunch following a cremation service. It may not be the most obvious place for a wake however my mums unique sense of style along with the quality of the food at the Lounge made it the perfect choice. From the moment that I made the first call to the moment that we left today the staff were professional, warm, welcoming and quite honestly made our day a cherished experience. We were able to share memories and chat, feeling no pressure at all, the staff were attentative but not obtrusive and coped beautifully with our drinks orders. We arrived too early but were welcomed without hesitation. Despite pre-ordering the food we were very much anticipating that the food would need to come out in staged orders. But that was not the case at all, it was an absolute credit to the staff that the food orders came out one straight after the other and maintained the quality that I have previously experiened here. The food was all delivered swiftly, at the same time, perfect quality and by staff that were not only equal to the task but took great care and understanding to make our day so much easier. Please extend our thanks to the staff today that made a difficult experience something memorable...

Arrived for a midweek lunch at 1.30 pm with Mum today, was not very busy but had a decent number of customers eating and drinking. No staff greeted us so went to bar where the barman very very rudely told us to sit wherever.

Mum went to bar to order coffee and tea, male barman was on his phone so his female colleague had to step in and serve her despite being busy. We waited almost 15 mins for our drinks. In this time the barman made himself a cup of tea whilst the woman rushed to serve customers. I eventually had to ask what had happened to our drinks as other customers had been served in this time and received theirs. She was apologetic and quick to make our drinks and bring them over to us.

We decided not to order food ... the speed and quality of service was off putting. But, from the food on the table next to us, looked as yummy as the other "lounge" bars... hopefully if there was good service it could be a really nice meal out!

Also, despite having enough time for cups of tea to be made for staff, dirty plates were left on tables with no customers present which wasn't very nice and didn't create a good atmosphere

A real shame as we love the Portishead branch but I don't think we will be returning to Clevedon any time soon. It felt as though one member of staff was carrying the entire shift... we felt quite...
