The food took a long time to come out, my friend and I were told that there would be a wait, and as it was busy and we were watching the rugby we didn't mind the wait.
It was 45 minutes and we didn't see any other food coming out of the kitchen whatsoever.
What we ordered was the mango chili chicken and there was a distinct lack of mango and chill in the chicken plus a very small amount of sauce in the pitta bread which made for a very dry meal and the corn on the cob looked like it had been cooked before I walked in the building. My friend's chicken nuggets were extremely overcooked and could have been used as weapons they were that hard.

Shameful behaviour to see us in, take our money for drinks and ask us to leave. We visited several bars in town. We asked another the rules on 17 yr olds & were told they are welcome but no alcohol....

Had to hastily find somewhere else to seat a party of six at short notice. My first bad experience with a Greene King pub.
Edit: I have now spoken with Lou from the Grapes, who was profusely apologetic for the experience and offered me compensation for it. I have asked that this be donated to a charity I support so that they may use it to fund...
