I got a bargain bucket from here and the meat was still pink and by pink I mean the texture and flavour of raw chicken not just slightly under done or smoke rings ... I tried to contact customer services on the app and it just froze when it came to leaving a complaint .... This happened day after day so invalidated the three day validation of my claim against them ... Didn't want to leave this review but had no choice.
I have had a great experience before here ..when it first opened of a day and I got 20 chicken wings for £8 or so ..they were all cooked and great ...it's just that this is yet another KFC outlet where standards are not adhered and it's not consistent ...it is a hit and miss place ...with one previous experience having both juicy and dry chicken in the same bucket ...the link given to me in response also freezes both on mobile and a gaming pc, i have since lost the receipt but below are photos to showcase.
Went to store to showcase issue, was told that once their team responds to a review its outside of the locations jurisdiction with no way of offering contact details for that team.
Was informed that just because it was pink that that doesn't mean it's not cooked ...I showed him the pictures below, he implied that they got reviews saying that the chicken was green a couple months ago,implying that too might be me and informed me that chicken cannot be undercooked at KFC due to rules and testing of the bone marrow ....I informed him of human error and staff not following procedures ....the Facebook page showcasing all the errors KFC outlets have made and the shot in the dark that's made each time a customer goes to a KFC is evidence for such things.

Read moreI have just been through a Drive through at the Haverhill branch. The experience was appalling. On arrival at the speak through there was no one there. I called hello several times with no response so assumed it was closed so drove forward a little but saw customers in the restaurant so I reversed and called ' hello' again several times. I was just about to give up when I just about heard a very small voice. I placed my order and drove to collection. On arrival at collection I was reprimanded by what appeared to be a 12 year girl ( hopefully not). She informed me could I not shout as she was with a customer inside! I was amazed! Been effectively as a customer told off for calking through the speak phone and I should just wait!!! I asked how on earth would I know she was with another customer! At the very least someone should have answered and asked if we could wait a moment. On arrival at collection I would have expected an apology for been kept waiting, not a reprimand for keep calling. Seriously deplorable customer service. Definitely needs customer service training. I also tried to contact via telephone to speak to a shift manager but the number on the website is unobtainable. Definitely will not be using this KFC again. I am not leaving it...

We decided to treat our youngest to a KFC. Not somewhere we usually eat we thought this would be a nice end to a good day. The floor was filthy, covered in food. Not looking good. We ordered our food and looked for a half clean place to eat. Eventually we gave up and asked someone to clean our table and waited for our food. They got the order slightly wrong but it was decent enough for us to get an ice cream after. After eating I used the toilet which was absolutely disgusting. It smelled awful, was full of toilet paper and didn't flush. To make matters worse the sink was dirty and blocked with tissue paper so I couldn't even have a decent wash. This was August 2nd 2017 incase anyone from KFC would like to dispute this. How do I know the date so accurately? This is the best bit.
