Excellent restaurant and takeaway. Customer service is second to none. The manger ( apologies as i cannot remember your name - I'm rubbish with names!) Not only replaced my daughters curry which was just due to a misunderstanding, not an error, bit he also made her a special curry to Tey to offer her what she wanted that wasn't on the menu and replaced the rice and replaced the chips and threw in a nan bread which wasn't even on the original order!!! I've been to the curry pot a good few times amd never had an issue, but to go these lengths over something thatbwasnt their fault just shows you how understanding and customer focused they really are. We have eaten here very regularly and never had any complaints up until a week last Sunday. The food and service have always been excellent but the Sunday special offer seemed to have overwhelmed them on this particular evening. The place was packed out the whole time we were there with people waiting for tables and also takeaways. The food was far below the usual standard, after waiting an hour for it. First time visit, but will definitely go again. Went for their special Weds/Sun offer 3-course offer and wasn't disappointed. Almost all items on their regular menu were available, and the description for each item made it easier to decide. Each course was very tasty, and portions were more than enough. Poppadoms, starter, main and a side were all very good. I also overheard the waiters advising other customers, which was nice to see.
