This review has no reflection on the establishment it's self . While using the self service ordering machines a eastern European female deliberately pushed past me (abuse) common assault ,if I had reciprocated and retaliated back I would have been labelled "racist"! For those who's not familiar with the UK law system Common assault, as defined by {section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 an act that intentionally or recklessly causes another person to apprehend immediate unlawful violence. This means someone is committing common assault if they intentionally or recklessly cause another person to fear or anticipate immediate violence, even if no actual physical harm occurs. *This is not excepable behaviour whether you have children with you or not. If you want to see your children again I higher suggest you abide by UK law .
A first offence of common assault has a maximum penalty of 2 years imprisonment. However, you will generally be dealt with more leniently by the Court.

   Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at McDonaldâs, Bradshawgate, Leigh. I visited on 02/09/2025 at around 8:15pm with my family. The restaurantâs closing time is 9:30pm, yet almost all of the seating areas were blocked off with chairs. I sat at one of the only available seats, but a cleaning staff member told me to move because she wanted to mop that section, and instead told me to sit in the childrenâs seating area. As someone with severe back pain and diabetes, I explained that I could not sit on the small, high round seats in the childrenâs area. Despite this, she insisted I move, in a very rude and unhelpful manner. I even went to the counter to explain my situation, and another staff member said I could sit where I was originally. However, the cleaning staff still refused and insisted on mopping instead of accommodating me. This left me with no choice but to cancel my order. My refund receipt clearly shows the time as 8:33pm, proving that this happened an hour before closing. I regularly choose McDonaldâs and have never faced such poor customer service at any other branch. The lack of understanding, especially after I explained my health condition, and the rude behaviour of the cleaning employee was unacceptable. So i ordered my food on the app got there and was stood waiting. A staff member came out and turned all the ordering stations. So i continued to wait. After a shor while i asked what was happning and they said that everything wasnt working. So i asked if im still goin to get my food as i ordered before it all went off, one staff member said we dont know. So i asked for a refund and they told me to wait at the counter. So one woman was getting a refund infront of me at one of the counters and after a couple minutes and a female member of staff comes over and i say i need a refund i ordered on the app and she said hes better with the app so i continued to wait and wait and then i asked to speak to a manager who just staired at me with a blank expression and said we cant give you a refund you have to do it through the app. So i waited around for about 20 minutes when they could have told me this from the start.
Alos as a side not the app is terrable! it is unnecessarily hard to request a refund. Very convoluted they know what...
