Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Wigan

Just had breakfast here 10 minutes ago. One word to describe it AWFUL!! The food was cold, vegan sausage hard and hash browns undercooked. Unfortunately I had to eat it ( bar the undercooked hash browns) as I had already injected my insulin. I told the cashier on leaving and she just said sorry and raised her eyebrows. When I looked behind the counter into the back the door was open and I could see overflowing bins and crumbs all over the counter. The Customer service was dreadful, their uniforms looked dirty and tatty and when I asked for tomato ketchup it was just skimmed across the table at me . Will never step foot in that place again. Table service disgusting. Tables left full of dirty pots and when the pots are eventually moved the tables were not wiped over and covered in food and stains, underneath the table was full of food. I notified 2 staff members that the table needed cleaning please and waited 10 minutes then I asked for a refund due to the unacceptable customer service. Even the manager started to ask another customer what they wanted to order whilst he was dealing with my refund issue. I will never go in your café again. They need a sign up to tell customers not to take a seat until they have been served, just queued for 15 mins service is quite slow. When I came in there were about 5 tables free but by the time I got served all the tables were gone due to customers coming in and taking a table whilst whoever they are with then gets in the queue.
