The food is actually alright but just had an extremely unpleasant experience of the older man with glasses working there getting angry and aggressive towards me for asking a polite question as to whether my food was still hot when I came to collect it. They had not sent me a notification that it was ready and status on the just eat app said not ready yet, but I phoned and they said it was ready, hence me arriving late to collect it. I didn't even mind about this, I simply wanted to know if it would still be hot as I had no idea how long it had been sitting there!!! The older man there should not be working in a customer facing role at all. Then the other 2 men working there got involved and backed him up incredibly so I had 3 angry men shouting at me instead of just 1. Too many bad experiences of them recently, so now will NOT be returning, - they have been given the benifit of the doubt too many times! Recently we have been overcharged, brought the wrong food which was cold and soggy, and had our order cancelled so waited for three hours, only to be told when we enquired that they had no drivers! - (would have been nice to know). When we were brought the wrong food on one occasion, they would not exchange it, and offered us some money off the next time, which they would then not honour. Used this place for 15 years, had a takeaway every weekend. Ordered a Winchester special which didn’t have half the meat it should and was packed out with the bbq pulled chicken which is awful and the chips were the dregs . I called to explain how half the meat was missing and how disappointed I was and was offered a credit on my next order. I ordered the following week to order the credited take away and was only offered £10 off. Considering the Winchester special is £23, and it was awful, £10 doesn’t cut it.
