Domino's Pizza - Bowness-on-Windermere — Restaurant in Windermere

Awful experience last night. Pizza ordered through App for family treat. It's a great App advising that pizza is cooking and then telling us that it's "out for delivery". We are just 5 minutes drive from the store and understand that there may be another drop on the way to us. However after 30 minutes, no sign on the delivery, no phone call, nothing... We rang the store to be told it was on its way and would be with us in 5-10 minutes. Another 4O minutes go by and the driver arrives, doesn't get out of the car, just opens the window and holds out the bag with the food. He doesn't speak, apologise, just drives off. On the 2nd call to the shop we asked if the pizza was still ok, as it had been more that an hour since dispatch. We accepted the delivery as we were hungry but the food was sub-standard. It was not freshly cooked anymore. Perhaps I would understand if they were really busy and even if we were hard to find, but we aren't, we have had deliveries in the past, on time and good Am afraid this Dominoes is disorganised and not to be...

If you enjoy waiting in a confined space for a pizza while loud and drunken groups bicker with each other, then this is the place for you.

The pizzas are just domino's standard and there's nothing else to be expected.

There is next to no service. If you place your order by the app you'll only ever see the staff when it's finished. At the desk, the staff don't seem happy to be there. I mean I wouldn't either when your clientele are too drunk to order anything.

As an added bonus, it's the only dominos I've ever been to that closes both delivery AND collection services at 11pm. Hospitality workers are just not appreciated here unless you finish...

Terrible! Guy serving couldn't help with the deals they had written on thier own menu's...what a joke. After he started getting annoyed with me I just ordered a stuffed crust Margherita, simple you would think. Waited......and waited, about 15mins after it said it was ready. I went to the desk to ask, and the staff just ignored me, very rude. After eyeballing one of the staff they went and got my pizza, but no stuffed crust, how can you get the most basic order of the most basic pizza wrong? Very expensive, nothing to write home about in terms of taste. I will never go to...
