Alam Balti House — Restaurant in Wirral

I called them before placing order to check how long it will take to deliver if am placing it via just eat. The guy who took my order was really nice and he told me it will take 1hour if placed through just eat but they can deliver in 30minutes if we place directly through them!

I placed order and meanwhile the owner took the call and spoke in such an arrogant attitude to explain the menu. He asked for extra money for the online card payment which is unethical and illegal.

As I mentioned that It is illegal and unethical, he delayed my delivery from 30mts to 55mts. When I called to ask about the order status he started shouting and talked so disrespectfully! No professionalism and ethics!

Food was pathetic. Being an Indian, I can understand the food quality ! It was all burnt, and there...

Great food which is cooked well and spiced well with an authentic feel. Service was spot on with the server recommending dishes and this was one of the nicest restaurant meals I have had in a while.

Drink selection could be more varied but honestly Chicken Karahi with Garlic Naan was excellent.

I would come back if visiting the area again. There is on street parking outside...
