The Cleveland Arms — Restaurant in Wirral

I live in Canada now but came back to the area in November visiting family and friends. I was looking for a small pub to have a quiet few pints. As soon as I went in I was welcomed by friendly people good conversation. My wife came a week later to join me so we went back to the pub and they had live entertainment on singing and playing guitar. Music and vocals were great. What a find. Popped in before a 18th we were going to. Great selection of beers which tasted great. Had the trappers hat and the beachcomber. Log fire as well for a cosy feel to the pub. Had a nice chat with the landlady Ann telling us the history of the pub. Will defo be back in the summer to try the beer...
