Sammy's Takeaway — Restaurant in Wirral

I order from here regularly as the quality of the food is good and the staff are friendly, but tonight was the complete opposite. I made a phone order for delivery and repeated it again when I was asked to, and I still received food that was inedible due to some of it not being how I ordered it, and lacking the flavour because topping/ sauce for my food wasn't there. I phoned back to ask about this, and I spoke to the man who originally took my order and he outright called me a liar and said that the food was what I asked for, and then went on to complain about how it was 'too far' (several times) for him to come back and fix the mistake and that his orders are 100% right 100% of the time. His attitude was disgusting and just rude, and I won't be ordering...

Went down to Sammy's this evening for a burger and when I arrived there was a photographer there with full light set up showing a table full of very nice looking deserts. He was just finishing up the shoot and the lady member of staff said I could take home one of the desserts for free. It was a lovely gesture and the dessert was absolutely delicious.
