Came here for Christmas dinner, booked well in advance and left deposits. Had a call the evening before asking if could arrive and hour later, offering complimentary drinks. When arrived, it was chaos, put up stairs with loads of children running around, we had no children and wanted an adult setting, waited 50 mins to get drinks, food finally came and was quite nice, however when leaving asked about the drinks, they said” oh we’ll get them now”, left it as head was banging due to chaos, when went downstairs all nice and quiet environment, when daughter complained manager wasn’t even bothered yet happy to charge a fortune for not a nice experience, less stress cooking own family dinner....

Tried Tava in Wallasey on a quiet weekday and really enjoyed it. We had the Tava Special for Two — a generous, flavour-packed platter of grilled meats, rice, dips, salad, and bread. Everything was fresh and well-cooked. Recommend getting one rice and one chips!

We went mid week and it was quiet, my partner enjoyed her meal and I had the kebab which I liked - the only criticism I have was the bread, which was soaked in juices and cut up, which was not to my personal liking. The service was fine, attentive and personable. We really enjoyed the décor - it was just unfortunate that it was a very quiet night, ourselves being the only recipients.
