No 1 star or 2 star reviews and I agree! This Greggs is a very professional business with Staff members who provide outstanding customer service! I am always greeted with a smile and they give me the best shopping experience at Greggs. Honestly, all the staff deserve a pay rise! Food is delicious and the store is well presented and cleaned. Went to Bilston town centre Greggs with my 7 year old nephew to have a dine in at their shop , brought the pasties and sat down to eat. First the table wasn’t wiped, certainly not that day crumbs of food could be seen from whoever had eaten there before, then to mine and my nephew’s horror the pasties was stone cold, Greggs refused to heat them since we had bit into the pastries. Horrible experience , Bilston Greggs need to work on their manners...

Ordered on just eat and didnt receive the order. Not their fault.. im guessin the taxi driver cant read simple numbers and road names or even a SATNAV!! Given 1 star because i tried calling to see if they could contact the driver and they didnt answer.. very poor service yet again from a billion pound company.
