I made a order, waited two hours. When I called to ask what was taking so long they told me it was cancelled, when I asked why they said they will do it again and I would only have to wait 20 minutes. They had my contact number didn't bother to call me to let me know. After I called back the second time I waited a futher hour. Called back again they told me the food was in the bin and it was cancelled. At this point I had been waiting nearly three hours for my food. There was no sign of remorse or solution to the issue over the phone. Used to get a lot of food from here, almost weekly, as the staff were friendly and food was good. The only thing is i'd warn of was previously my wife was unwell from her food after dining in here a while ago. When trying to make them aware the next morning, she got a lot of abuse down the phone from whoever it was who answered that morning. I called up and got the same abuse until I mentioned involving environmental health where his attitude change immediately and I got an apology and offer of something free next time. We obviously never went back. So yes we have previously good experiences and the waiting staff are great, just hope you don't have any problems you need to voice...

Food was good, not brilliant, but definitely good. Staff are excellent, interior surroundings are good but somehow lacking, parking is available and free. Access for disabled is not bad at all. Toilets are ok, not bad but ok, prices are similar to else where. Would I go again? Yes definitely, but there are much better places but difficult to say why. Perhaps it was because we went on a Tuesday and there was only one other group other than us? Lack of atmosphere? Take your own drinks, go as a big party, book in advance near the weekend and enjoy!
