Since coming under new management, this pizza shop has truly elevated its game. The quality of the food is outstanding—each pizza arrives with a perfectly crisp base, generous toppings, and rich, flavorful sauce that speaks to fresh ingredients and careful preparation.

What’s especially impressive is the consistency in delivery. Orders arrive promptly and piping hot, preserving the just-out-of-the-oven taste that’s often lost in transit. Whether you're ordering a classic Margherita or something more adventurous, the attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every bite.

Customer service has also seen a noticeable improvement. Staff are courteous, responsive, and clearly invested in creating a positive experience for every patron.

I ordered 2 pizzas for collection today, when I got the pizzas home I noticed one of them was incorrect so had to take them back in store to correct it. I asked for the pizza to be corrected and the original order redone as it would’ve been cold by the time I got the corrected order - but the person in store was refusing to make a fresh pizza, I had to ask for the manager who agreed to remake both pizzas. This would have been fine but the staff did not prioritise my order, 2 hours later and I was still waiting on my order to be completed, and when I finally got home with the order the pizzas were lukewarm! Never had this kind of issue with any other Papa John’s branch and won’t be using this one again.

The customer service here is lacking, for comparison when I used Pizza Hut in the past, same issue, they got one of my pizzas wrong. When I called up they were very apologetic and offered to remake both pizzas and also gave us free nuggets for the inconvenience of having to drive back...

On my first order the pizza was incorrect but to be fair to them they did return with the correct pizza quiet swiftly. However I then ordered again and the pizza didnt have the right topping and the cookie was cut up into ridiculous portions, looked like it had been some by someone not looking or who just didnt care.

I called to mention about the pizza and was told oh sorry we dont do that pizza anymore the best we can do is give you the pizza you want next time. Eventually they agreed to bring me an alternative pizza but this was after much discussion on the phone which also includes asking me how many slices of pizza I'd eaten before calling. Obviously none, I can tell a pizza is not correct as soon as opening the box. It's a shame as the pizza is actually tasty when they...
