I don’t visit Worcester very often but i always stop for coffee here, it’s my absolute favourite place. The cafe has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Today we had cappuccino and mocha (divine) with cranberry and orange cheesecake and Biscoff cheesecake. Both were delicious, trough it was very hard to choose from the very tasty looking selection of treats available. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and the service is quick and accurate. We will be back again, soon I hope.

If you go down to Coffee #1 today, you’re sure of a big surprise… can you spot the Coffee #1 bear hidden in the floorboards? We love visiting this cafe; the staff are friendly, the coffee is smooth and the atmosphere is really pleasant. We love the soundtrack that plays and visit here regularly on a Saturday morning when it is quiet and peaceful. It can get busy midday and sometimes tables can be left with coffee cups on them but if you go early then this is never an issue.

A little hidden away when compared with Worcester's other (dozen) coffee chains - it's worth a visit though, if I'm kicking about in town doing some shopping, or wanting to get out of the wonderful British weather, then this is my ideal spot. Staff are friendly and take pride in what they do, and there is a cosy, yet quirky vibe you won't find at Costa or Starbucks.

This place is going down the hill. Used to be my favorite coffee place but recently finding staff very rude and service really poor. Went there to have a coffee and small snack after hard day. Staff with terror on their faces said straight away that there is only two of them and coffee can be served only in takeaway cups (not many people in, no queue). It was 16:40pm and I asked what time they are closing as I thought I came too late to sit down but they said it is closing 6pm. So 1h20 min and most of the food was already packed, coffee was served in paper cup despite having clean ceramiv ones. In my opinion, time managment is not their strength and laziness is taking its toll on the place. If you don't like the place you work for, go and find something else as you are ruining peoples visits. To the managment! Get more people to work on weekends! Not that hard to understand why. If ever again on my visit I will feel I am not welcome I will inform Coffee 1# directors that this shop is not to their...

Sell filter as well as espresso-based coffee. Prices are quite high (where are they not) but a reasonably good range for all budgets. Excellent collection of mostly antiquarian books. Staff reasonably polite though service can be slow, as in all coffee shops. No hook on the door of the one toilet, which means one must sit down in his coat - or leave it upstairs unattended. There is a decent range of music to suit all tastes and the management often leaves it off altogether on less busy days for much of the morning, which is refreshing. Dogs are permitted. There was no official smoking space when I first started coming here about six months ago, although this appears to have changed recently.

One of the better coffee shops...

Great coffee and nice sweet café. Little range of cakes and food but was of a high quality. Staff were more happy to talk amongst themselves rather than the customer, I was standing for 20 mins. Very cleverly put together café creating atmosphere. When asked for extra needs to coffee they very happily obliged. Small tables not enough for a family bigger than 5. Children seats available. Lovely place to go for a chat. Not quiet enough for business. Normally fast service but kept waiting whilst they talked rather than taking my order. Not outrageous prices for drinks but food more expensive. Much more of a family friendly café than the likes of...
