Keystones Cocktail Club — Restaurant in Worcester

To the owner of Keystones,

On Saturday 21st August at 6pm my friend and I came to Keystones for a cocktail masterclass. We were put with Nico. I had to take the time to write this email regarding him, as we were blessed enough to have been in his presence for that time. He was so kind, enthusiastic and positive the entire time. We had some very educational conversations and I look forward to seeing him flourish in whatever he decides to do when he is older. Working at a school I would love to be able to arrange with him to come and do some talks to the kids about culture and his experiences. With regards to the cocktails, he was so knowledgable about the spirits, techniques and measurements, that it was inspiring. I feel like you should feel very proud to have him work for you and I do hope he gets a reward of some kind for that night.

I have visited Keystones on various occasions whilst out socialising in Worcester and I have to say, I have been left increasingly disappointed every single time.

Firstly, the ever-increasing entry fee is becoming extortionate - they now charge £7 for the pleasure of stepping foot on their property.

Next, you are then greeted by rude and obnoxious staff who seem to take offence at the fact you have asked them for a drink. They then slam you with a hefty bar bill - £9.50 for a double vodka + lemonade!? That's £16.50 down the drain for the price of entry and one drink... you get the picture.

They don't play any music that wasn't released within the last ten years and to top it off, the sticky floors make you feel like you're wading through...

I visited this bar last night and had a very enjoyable evening with a couple of work colleagues. Unfortunately upon arriving back at my hotel, I realized I'd miss placed my wallet. I rang the lads at keystone's the next day and they promised they would have a good look around for me. Several hours later I was delighted to receive a text saying they had found my wallet, and they even offered to post it back to me! Absolutely above and beyond top customer service, first class establishment. Cannot...
