Five Guys Burgers and Fries Worcester — Restaurant in Worcester

First time we’ve ever used just-eat and five guys, we normally cook our food from scratch, we planned to go to the local pub but decided to order a five guys as these are supposedly a premium brand? Order arrive on time, and I just knew something would go wrong, my burger was missing? Called five guys immediately but all they said was contact just eat? Order another? A family meal ruined! Over £40 for three (well two because mine was missing) burgers, fries and a milkshake for our little boy! Just eat reference 4757! Because I ordered as a guest because we dont normally do this it’s proving difficult to contact just eat!-I have requested a full refund, the food that arrived was tepid and the milkshake had leaked in its bag! Lesson learned, never again will we order a delivery and never again a Five Guys! The team at Worcester should be ashamed! Poor service, incompetent staff and shocking customer service! They should have just been on it and sent us another meal! Don’t blame Just Eat, five guys is the issue here!

You state that the order is out of your control once it leaves? The issue was not the delivery but more the fact your incompetent staff can not put the correct items in a bag? I was missing a burger and the way both people dealt with my two calls was unprofessional and completely unhelpful? Our meal was ruined because of your establishment, no offer of a refund, no apology, in fact at one point being told to stop talking and listen? So rude and disrespectful to treat a customer this way! People will keep returning, but I certainly won’t and I will ensure I tell as many people not to bother ever handing their hard earned funds to your business and I will report your actions to...

So my girlfriend Is going to Greece for quite some time, and last night (Monday 9th August) she not only surprised me at my work, as I didn’t think I’d see her again before she went, but also at Five Guys. The restaurant is our favourite place for fast food, when we arrived we ordered some food, no one was in there apart from my girlfriend and I, and the staff. I noticed that all the staff were smiling and looking at me, I thought something was wrong or they were all just having a good day perhaps, anyway once we’d ordered we walked round the corner inside and all the lights were off, and a table at the end was lit with candles, flowers in the centre, balloons and plates etc set up neatly. I was so surprised at what was going on, we sat down and the manager came over explaining that my girlfriend had been in prior to meeting me, setting the table up with them etc, and also said that they’d locked the doors, and that the floor was ours. We had such an incredible evening in there, the staff were amazing and so was the food, never known hospitality like it. My girlfriend and I go out to eat sometimes, fine dining, restaurants etc, when Lucie met me it was almost 10 O’clock in the evening, and as a chef I know that everywhere in town stops serving food at either 9 or 10, it was a spur of the moment idea from Lucie, and it paid off massively, I’ll never forget that night. So last night was probably the best night I could of imagined it to be. I called Five Guys hoping to be able to make a nice romantic set up for my boyfriend as by the time he finished work every restaurant would have been closed... they were so lovely on the phone and agreed to help me set up for my boyfriend. I am going away to Greece for a while so it was our last night together.

I turned up at Five Guys ready to set up the table, the two managers came over to help me set up and they were the nicest people I have ever met! They were so helpful and kind! I made a lot of friends as all the staff were so amazing. After surprising my boyfriend at his work I acted casual and suggested to grab a quick Five Guys. We ordered normally and all the staff were gathered round smiling as my boyfriend had no idea what was about to happen.

After we ordered we walked around the corner where they had set the lights low and you could see our candle lit table in the corner. It was set up so beautifully and with care. The staff were so friendly and available to us the whole night checking in on us and that the food is to our standard. Then they informed us that they had shut the restaurant early just for us!
