McDonald's — Restaurant in Worcester

Terrible. This branch pushed foodforthoughts but their pos screens don't accept the voucher. Usually they will correct at the till. This time I was ignored whilst a large delivery order was being done. Manager Shelley shrugged shoulders sating nothing could be done. Oblivious to fact this happens a lot and is solved at till. She didn't care until another manager came by. A code that is supposed to be locked for 15 minutes magically scanned. Longline wait and didn't have time to eat or drink coffee. Heard others saying the same thing such as they only had an hour for lunch. Food was warm not hot. Left coffee as no time to drink they must have changed coffee cups as when I tried to drink 2hrs later the cup disintegrated on my jeans and car seat. Complained online and standard response of free food which doesn't go anywhere near the cost of cleaning the car. Disgusting service. Avoid as i believe they prioritise delivery food and make you wait for your food which will be happily...

Lee is a fantastic assistant manager at Hylton rd! There was a mess up with my mcdonalds app and it sent my order to Foregate mcdonalds whilst i was stood in hylton rd and took payment. with 2 hungry kiddies waiting. I reordered my food in the hylton rd one in hope i could get hold of foregate and get a refund when home. Foregate were very rude on the phone. The manager spoke to me like dirt, told me it wasnt her problem as it was through the app. Didn't offer any refund or vouchers, i rang hylton rd in hope to find a number to help me as theyre much more approachable, and lee told me not to worry, keep my receipt and he would refund me whenever i could get to store, no rush at all. Thats all foregate needed to say, instead i got sarcastic comments like 'have you ever worked here'. So thank you Lee for sorting it. It takes nothing to be helpful anf kind. Go lee. Reconsider visiting during peak times! Friday evening 6:45pm and waiting 45 mins for food after it was forgotten by over worked staff that literally looked like a rabbit in the headlights when I questioned my order whereabouts. Confusing an order number for a table number shouldnt be an obvious error. Food once arrived was warm and not fresh. Manager had his back to the till staff throughout, the young staff members chatting away not concentrating - i shudder to think of the mcflurry/drink wastage as they piled up uncollected. Very disappointed and left feeling I am not the only one.

I'm happy to wait an acceptable time for food but this what not right.
