Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

We were waiting at a table for our friend in the Que. a female worker with grey hair and glasses clearly old. Came up to us and wouldn’t let us talk as to why we hadn’t brought anything yet. She was so rude and nasty we told our friend to get out of the line and just leave as we were leaving the female worker shouted bye at us and to never come back. Don’t normality write review but the staff at costa weavers wharf on the 20/09/2023 around 2pm are absolutely lovely and deserve a lot of recognition, unfortunately there technology went down for a lot longer than expected, and well they had to stop serving for a little while understandably, the staff insured that all present customers were happy at the time despite trying to deal with the stressful situation, and were very apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault and had some rude customers towards them, would 100% recommendations this branch for they customer’s service and...

I visited this costa today and have never recieved such bad service I get I'm not a regular customer but I was waiting to be served and was ignored whilst an obviously regular was greeted his order taken I was then acknowledged if you could call it that all I got was 'yes' I handed over my sandwich to the male server asked for my drink paid moved along the girl who was doing the drinks then came and chatted to the customer behind me then did my drink the guy came back took out my sandwich banged it on the tray with no communication at all I've never seen such rude...
