Dee Dee’s Cafe Kidderminster — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Two stars is being generous, as 'Cafe Eighty Nine' as it's now known as, still has the slow service and poor food as before.

By slow service, imagine waiting literally 15 minutes in a two person queue because they are understaffed and of the three staff they do have, two are clearly untrained and inexperienced. Not their fault, but doesn't leave any faith in the management.

As the masses appear to not care to clear their own tables (a pet hate - you lazy schmucks) the staff certainly didn't have time to clear and wipe down so several tables strewn with cups and crumbs which is off putting.

Managed to grab a comfy sofa at the back, seats were clean and not worn, nice ambient music, would otherwise be a decent place if service wasnt painfully slow.

Don't eat here unless you want a very expensive dental bill. Worst eating experience ever. Total rip off , food and presentation diabolical. Should have complained but think we're were in shock at the time. Cheeseburger was almost £4, just a bap and a burger which was so hard you had to break it to get through it, so it was obviously out of date as it was rock solid when cooked. Could not bite it at all. Still can't quite believe what we have been served. Be ashamed Dee Dees cafe, you do not deserve...

Go here occasionally when in store, cheap enough but the cutlery really needs a good clean, terribly unhygienic, and I always ask for a plate of chips which is on your menu but I'm always told they have no chips!, maybe it's because the assistant can't be bothered to cook them!!, it's no wonder not many people there, I'll go elsewhere...
