Greggs — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Superb Customer service from staff on the 30/12/20 11-1pm. My day was made by the friendly staff, specifically the willingness to cook extra so I could fulfill the entirity of my order. Three delicious vegan steak bakes.

There is something special in this gregs store, I suspect its a female 30+ employee dark hair (I failed to get names) who i'd hope is the manager based on how she ran the ship. She certainly showed massive leadership potential but matched quite nicely by a red haired young man; who was equally enthusiatic and efficient. I doubt any customers left with a unsatisfactory service with those two in house.

They managed the four customers at a time covid regulation in presumably rush hour masterfully. Leaving customers contented even when instructed to follow guidelines. Which I dont have to tell you is no easy feat; it took excellent communication skills and...

I regularly come in for my cappuccinos with my stamps loyalty card. I have been served by Leah a few times. Coffee is not nice like in other branches. My gut feeling is because of this person. She's supposed to ask whether we need chocolate sprinkled and give a stirrer also but she never offers. She makes it a point to make us ask. Then she will have a problem stamping the loyalty cards and doesn't give the number you're entitled to. Talk about customer service with a smile. And she always attempts to give my choc éclairs/fresh cream donuts in paper packs instead...

Slow service . Lady on her own ( wasn't her fault ) only 3 in shop and was there about 7 mins ...

Then the just eat Internet order man in his little 1.0 litre car with a box turned up ..! The bags on counter suggested the lady serving was overworked tbh. Just lately I feel that the bagged food for the box takes priority over the counter customers .. sad to see as I regularly support greggs at various locations...
