ALLERGY CUSTOMERs…read this! Wow never have I ever been able to walk into an icecream pallor with my 3 children (one has a severe food allergy) and feel so at ease! Mrs Chills is so experienced and knowledgeable with allergies and the importance of cross contamination to keep her customers safe is her priority! Everything completely separate, all ingredients to toppings, cones, sauces etc displayed. Everything super clean, new gloves and separate area…everything thought off!! The older lady with dark hair was quite rude to children in her shop for literally just being children. The ice creams had a lot of variation but was disgusted at paying about 8.50 if I remember for a Dubai strawberry cup, the cup had little to no pistachio or chocolate sauce in I had to go back and ask for some more and she just put chocolate sauce on top. Such a find! I was so excited to find real ice cream available after 5pm. Delicious range of flavours including a good variety of plant based options. Lots of toppings and sauces available, too. I noticed they also do ice cream for dogs and stock food to feed the ducks. Watched a family with two young boys designing their own ice creams and the shopkeeper was brilliant with them - definitely very family friendly.
