Visiting Bewdley with my daughter and granddaughter I treated them to an afternoon tea and cake at the Riverside Cafe. What a grave disappointment. My tea was served in a builders mug with so much milk it took on the appearance of a latte coffee. I took it back into the cafe and asked for a tea with less milk. I was informed that the amount of milk in the tea was dictated by the machine making the tea and could not be changed. I tried to be diplomatic and suggested that some of the milky tea was poured away and the cup topped up up with tea.
