Arby's — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Ordered our food and they were out of Roast Beef. That's like McDonald's being out of burgers. Decided to order something else and waited behind three other vehicles for 20 minutes. There was no movement in the line and one of the cars left. Car at the window hadn't even gotten their drinks yet. We decided to leave after another 5 minutes of no movement and see only 1 person working. We have had similar issues in the past, but tonight was singularly bad.

Update 12/22/24. Spent 20m in line because my MIL wanted Arby's. They forgot my drinks initially and had to remind them to give me the drinks. They also gave use the wrong sandwich, and forgot my dipping sauce. So out of 3 people I ordered for, only 1 got the...

I ordered in the drive-thru. All I ordered was an order of jalapeño bites. There were 2 cars in front of me. Their drive-thru does not move quickly. So after I finally get to the window, I pay and sit for 6-7 minutes in addition to the time I waited behind the 2 other cars. They come to the window and want me to park and they'll bring out my order. I refuse. They continue to argue with me and send "muscle" to the window to try to intimidate me. I said they can either refund my money or I will wait at the window. The "muscle" finally relented and said my order was just about done. I eat here all the time and most of the time everything is good. Tonight 6/10, 8:30 p.m the service was horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes to order because the kid at the window took one order at a time. When we ordered he tried to tell us we couldn't do the Mac n cheese and small shakes for the meal. I told him since when I do it all the time. We get to the window the kids was rude basically threw everything at me out the window. Get home are food was cold and tastes horrible.
